The Florida Neuroscience Network Conference, hosted by Epilepsy Alliance Florida, brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, advocates, and families for education, collaboration, and conversation around epilepsy, seizure disorders, and advances in neurological care.

For the conference, a comprehensive suite of event collateral was developed to create a cohesive and professional experience across both print and digital touchpoints. The work included signage, banners, presentation graphics, programs, schedules, display boards, website assets, and other supporting materials used throughout the event.

Because the conference serves a wide range of audiences, the design needed to balance professionalism with accessibility, making complex information easier to navigate while maintaining a consistent visual identity throughout the experience. The result was a flexible system of materials that helped support wayfinding, communication, education, and overall event cohesion.
