Vintage Circus on the Farm was a fundraising event benefiting Epilepsy Alliance Florida’s Seizure Dog Fund, held at Kai-Kai Farm in Indiantown, Florida. The event combined a playful vintage-circus concept with an outdoor farm setting, creating an experience that needed to feel festive and imaginative while still supporting the organization’s mission and fundraising goals.

We developed the visual identity for the event, including the logo, color palette and overall creative direction, then carried that branding across both pre-event communications and the on-site experience. The project included invitation design, digital presentation materials, event signage and branded pieces used throughout the venue, helping create a consistent look from the first guest communication through the event itself.

Additional design extended into the smaller details of the experience, including table materials and other environmental elements that helped reinforce the theme throughout the space. The result was a cohesive visual system that gave the sold-out event its own personality while keeping the focus on community, fundraising and support for Epilepsy Alliance Florida’s Seizure Dog Fund.
